Our team
Our team of 30 staff consists of engineers, programmers, electronic engineers, mechanics, assembly staff, and service personnel. Several our staff members have patented their inventions. We develop and construct electronics hardware and software for our well tractors by ourselves, in-house. We expect that our Company will reach a size of 50 staff by the end of 2022.
Maxim Lvov

M.Lvov@l-petro.ruMaxim holds an MBA degree from the Taganrog State University of Radiotechnology. Since 2005, Maxim has been engaged in development and production of the oil field service equipment. Maxim has worked in executive roles for the last 20 years, of which the most recent 10 years - as General Director of various businesses. Maxim has co-authored three patents.
Alexey Chudnovskiy
Chairman of the BoD, First Deputy General Director
A.Chudnovskiy@l-petro.ruMr. Chudnovskiy has worked in oil production and oil field service companies for 42 years, of which 25 years – as CEO of a private oil field service company. He has patented several inventions and know-hows. Mr. Chudnovsky has completed 5 high-technology projects to boost oil production from exhausted wells in West Siberia.
Artem Bogoslavcev
Director of Manufacturing
A.Bogoslavcev@l-petro.ruArtem has graduated from Vladimir State University with a degree in electronics engineering. In 2008-2014, he worked for a company of the Rosatom Group (Russian State Corporation for Nuclear Technology) as Assistant Director of Manufacturing, and in 2014-2019 – as Director of Manufacturing of “Laser Testing Field “Raduga”. Since 2019, Artem is Director of Manufacturing at L-Petro.
